Edgemaker was born from a simple observation: businesses were spending countless hours on repetitive customer interactions — answering the same questions, manually booking appointments, chasing payments — when their time was better spent elsewhere. We saw that the channels customers already use every day, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, were being massively underutilised. So we set out to build something that meets customers where they are, and handles the heavy lifting automatically.
